What to include for the fastest quote
- 3D model (STEP) or 2D drawing (DWG / DXF / PDF) with tolerances
- Material and surface finish (for example: SPCC 1.5 mm, zinc plated clear)
- Quantity for this order and estimated annual volume
- Any critical dimension, cosmetic requirement or inspection report format you need
- Target delivery date and destination country

What happens next
1. Engineering review
We check the drawing for manufacturability, material availability and any tolerance that will cause trouble, then confirm the process route.
2. Quotation by email
You receive the unit price at your volume, tooling cost where applicable, lead time and the DFM notes in writing.
3. Sample and approval
If the project proceeds, a prototype or first article is produced and measured for your approval before serial production.

What happens after I submit the form?
Your enquiry is stored in our database and a copy is sent to our engineering team. You receive a reply – price, lead time and DFM comments – within 24 hours on weekdays.
Which file formats can I upload?
STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, DWG, DXF, PDF, ZIP and common Office formats. For assemblies, a ZIP with the parts together with a drawing is the fastest route.
Is my design kept confidential?
Yes. Drawings are used only to quote and produce your parts. Tell us in the message field if you want an NDA signed before files are exchanged.
What if I do not have a full drawing yet?
Send a sketch, a photo of a sample part with key dimensions, or a description of the function. We will tell you exactly what information is missing before quoting.
Do you quote small quantities?
Yes. Prototypes from one piece are quoted regularly. Unit price is higher at low volume because setup and tooling are spread over fewer parts.
Prefer to send an email?
Write to rfq@livoelectrical.com with your files attached – quantity, material and finish – and the same engineer reviews it. Reply within 4 working hours, quotation within 24.
