What we can make
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and hardware insertion for brackets, chassis, enclosures and panels.
Metal Stamping
Progressive and compound die stamping from 25 to 200 ton presses for parts produced 10,000 to 1,000,000+ per year.
CNC Machining
3-axis and 4-axis milling plus CNC turning for precision shafts, housings and machined plates.
Die Casting
Aluminium and zinc die casting for enclosures, housings and heat dissipation parts, machined and finished in house.
Laser Cutting
Fibre laser cutting of steel, stainless, aluminium, copper and brass with clean edges and fast turnaround.
Surface Finishing
Plating, anodising, powder coating, passivation and mechanical finishing with thickness and salt spray reports.
Why buyers keep us as a single source
One supplier, one responsibility
Cutting, forming, machining, casting, plating and assembly are all in the same factory. Nobody blames the previous supplier when the final part does not fit.
Engineering review before price
Every quotation includes a DFM review: if a tolerance, radius or hole position will cause scrap, we tell you before the tool is cut rather than after delivery.
Repeatable between batches
Fixtures, programmes and the approved first article are stored against your part number, so the tenth order matches the first instead of drifting inside the tolerance band.
Quotation within 24 hours
Send a STEP or DWG file and receive the price, lead time and DFM feedback within one working day. Urgent projects are handled outside the queue.
Inspection you can file
First article reports, material certificates and coating reports are supplied with the shipment, in the format your quality department expects.
Direct communication
You talk to the engineer who owns the part, not to a relay of sales staff. Questions about a drawing get technical answers, in writing.
How an order runs
1. Send the drawing
STEP, DWG, DXF, PDF or a dimensioned sketch, with material, finish and quantity. Upload it on the RFQ page or reply to an enquiry.
2. DFM review and quotation
We review manufacturability and send the price, lead time and any design risk within 24 hours on weekdays.
3. Sample or first article
Prototype or first article is produced and measured, then submitted for your approval before serial production starts.
4. Production and inspection
Serial production runs with in-process inspection. Final inspection is reported against the approved drawing.
5. Finishing, packing, shipping
Plating or coating is applied and measured, parts are protected and packed, then shipped by express, air or sea with the documents for customs.
Materials and finishes
Mild steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel 304 / 316, aluminium 5052 / 6061, copper, brass, phosphor bronze and engineering plastics. Finishes include zinc, nickel, silver and tin plating, anodising and hard anodising, powder coating, passivation, black oxide, brushing and polishing.

FAQ
Do you produce prototypes or only serial production?
Both. Most projects start with 1 to 10 prototype pieces so that the design and the tolerance are proven before tooling or a serial order is committed.
Can you combine several processes in one order?
Yes. Sheet metal, stamping, machining, die casting and finishing are handled in one supply chain, so a part that needs cutting, bending, plating and assembly is delivered complete instead of being split between suppliers.
How do you decide which process is the right one?
The drawing and the annual volume decide. At low volume, laser cutting or CNC machining avoids tooling cost; from roughly 10,000 pieces per year, stamping or die casting usually becomes cheaper per part. We recommend the cheaper route even when it means less work for our own equipment.
What information do you need to quote?
A STEP or DWG drawing, the material, the surface finish, the quantity and the annual volume. If part of that is still open, send what you have and we will tell you exactly what is missing.
Send a drawing, get a real answer
A quotation with engineering feedback within 24 hours on weekdays. No obligation, and no pressure to order tooling before the design is right.
