Applications

Industries We Supply

The same six processes, applied to four application areas where the drawings, the standards and the inspection requirements are different.

Direct answer: LIVO supplies custom metal parts to four application areas: EV battery and busbar assemblies, sheet metal enclosures, automotive components and electrical hardware. Each area has its own material preferences, tolerances and documentation requirements, so we describe them separately rather than treating every part the same way.

Start from the drawing, not the industry

Buyers usually arrive with a part number and a drawing rather than an industry label. If your part does not fit exactly into one of these four areas, send the drawing anyway – the process route is decided by geometry, material, tolerance and volume, and those four factors decide the quotation.

Frequently asked questions

Which industry do you have the most experience in?

Electrical hardware and EV charging components are the longest-running application area, and automotive stamping is where the documentation discipline comes from. The same processes serve all four areas.

Can you supply the same part to two different markets?

Yes, provided the drawing and the standard are the same. If one market needs a different coating, marking or documentation, those are quoted as separate variants of the same part.

Do you supply complete assemblies?

We supply sub-assemblies where the parts are made in our factory – welded frames, riveted enclosures, plated busbar assemblies. Buying-in commercial components such as screws or connectors is possible, but we tell you clearly which parts are not made in house.

Tell us the application and the standard

Application, material, standard and volume decide the process route. Send the drawing and we quote the route that fits.
