What happens to your drawing

Three steps. One engineer. No forwarding.

Most suppliers pass your file between a sales rep, a trader and a factory. Here it goes to one engineer who stays with the part until it ships.

Step 01 · within 4 h

We confirm receipt

A named engineer confirms your file is readable and complete. Missing views or wrong units are flagged in the same reply.

Step 02 · within 24 h

DFM review, in writing

A twelve-point manufacturability check on the actual part. Tolerance vs process capability, wall thickness, bend radius, hole-to-edge.

Step 03 · same reply

Price with tooling split out

Unit price, tooling, sample lead time and production lead time — separately. Price break at 1k / 10k / 100k.

Your drawing stays yours. Files live in an access-controlled folder on our own server, visible only to the engineering team on that part. We do not subcontract, so nothing is shared with a third factory. NDA on request — we sign yours or send ours before any file is opened.

A logo on a page proves nothing. These are the documents we hand over before a first order — each one carries a number someone can look up.
